国家自然科学基金委员会创新研究群体项目“农业土地利用系统管理”2023年度取得进展

农业土地利用既是国民经济增长的基础,也是自然环境向人类社会供给生态功能的重要形式之一,科学合理利用农业土地资源是我国实现农业可持续发展的关键。2023年国家自然科学基金委员会创新研究群体项目“农业土地利用系统管理”瞄准农业土地利用系统管理的理论体系的科学前沿,立足农业土地利用系统碳和其他温室气体减排与粮食安全下的农业土地利用与管理两个实际应用,依据年度工作计划圆满完成预期各项研究工作,取得了丰硕成果。

项目组根据计划书部署并开展了相关研究工作,本年度召开了课题启动会、专家咨询会、相关课题技术链接交流会议等4次项目层会议,6次专题技术研讨会,参加了农业土地利用系统相关的国际会议3次、国内会议9次。收集并整理了农业土地利用系统研究所需的农业土地利用结构、温室气体排放、主要粮食供给、消费与出口数据集,制备了开展决策支持分析所需要的指标变量;核算了国家和省际二氧化碳、甲烷、氧化亚氮等农业温室气体排放规模,构建了可持续的农业水、土、粮食、温室气体统筹管理框架,探索了种植规模与技术进步在粮食生产和碳排放关系中的调节效应与交互效应,分析了营养安全目标与资源供给约束下的粮食安全状况和碳排放水平的时空变化态势与影响机制,优化了作物地上生物量估计方法等。共发表SCI/SSCI论文30篇,提交咨询报告/建议3份,项目骨干参与研制的标准地表碳核查技术规程被国家标准化管理委员会发布。
