农业政策研究中心分设四个核心研究领域和三个支持部门以及一个研究生培养部。这四个核心研究领域分别为：城乡协调发展与反贫困政策、农业资源环境政策与管理、数字农业研究、农业生态系统和区域可持续发展研究。围绕这四个核心研究领域，农业政策研究中心设置与之相对应的研究项目。三个支持部门分别是行政办公室、网络数据库管理部和公共关系部。

CCAP-CAS has four core policy research programs, three support divisions and post graduate training program. The main research programs are: the Integrated Rural and Urban Development and Poverty Alleviation Policy Program, the Natural Resources and Environment Policy Program, the digital agricultural program and the agroecosystem and Regional Sustainable Development Program. The three support offices include: the Office of Administration, the Division of Data Management and the Division of Public Relations.
